Refund Policy for Spices
INSPECT YOUR PACKAGE IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL
Defective or Damaged Merchandise: We take extra care in packing orders, we cannot control how a package is handled once it leaves our facility. In the event you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by emailing help@thelostspoon.com with a picture of damaged or defective product, exterior of the shipping box, interior packaging, and packing slip – these are required to file claim. Do not discard any spice or packaging until your claim has been processed. The issue may be resolved with a replacement, store credit, refund, or any other mean we deem appropriate. If the product has been discarded, if a photo is not provided, or a notification is not received within 24hrs of delivery, we will not be able to replace, issue a credit, or refund.
